Yipeeeeeeeee!!! This is my last PLU class before our showcase night in January.

Great Thanksgiving break. I do not want to return to work tomorrow! I could use a few more days.

Thanksgiving...... a time to spend time with family and friends. For me, it is something a little more special. My ancestors came over on the Mayflower. You may have heard of Priscilla Mullins who married John Alden. Well, that is my linage. :) To think of all that came before me and the price they paid. WOW. HappyThanksgiving to all.

In class at the present moment. Hope to learn a lot tonight :)

Headed to Dewane's 30th reunion. 5 days until the cruise. I can't wait.  I need a break. Yesterday in discipline was quite. Makes me wonder about next week.

I serve an amazing God. I am so thankful he is in control because without him I would be lost. Thanking him for an amazing weekend with my parents and husband. Looking forward to all the boys being home this week. I am also loving pinterest. :)

I am so thankful to work with people that truly cares about others. Today, I felt loved and important. :

I statrted my day with a wonderful conversation with an older person. This set the tone for my day which was amazing considering how busy I was. I had a teacher tell me that they knew that "I got it" when explaining to other teachers what to do. I took that to heart. It made me realize that even though I have been out of the classroom for 6.5 years, I can still relate. I hope and pray that never leaves me. I am so looking forward to church tonight. I need a good dose of God's word!

Today was an interesting day. I realized once again how much I miss Gayle. I also realized how many pass off their responsibilites for others. I don't think I could live with myself if I shrugged off my duties as easily as some. I praise the good LORD daily for the work ethic my parents taught me.

Slept til 1:17. Man I needed the rest. Looking forward to Allie Bugs first birthday party tomorrow. Hard to believe it has been a year. She is a miracle. Praising God that Kasey and Stewert's faith was strong enough to resist what the doctors told them to do. Also thanking God for sweet little Emma. Dewane and I bought a memory brick at the Hubtsville Madison hospital for sweet Emma. Ready for some Roll Tide tonight. :

For those of you as educators, I have completed my LEAD Alabama PLP. Yipee!!!!!

Today.....WOW! People amaze me. However, I truly believe that communication is the key.....for some, it doesn't open anything...for others, they use it to destroy.....for me..... a tool to support, uplift, and praise of my co-workers. It is not, nor will ever be a power tool. Giving thanks to God almighty.
